She needs assistance going to the store to buy food and to go to pharmacy to pick up medications. She needs assistance to go to the doctor's office. She basically needs assistance in driving around Ocala for errands. She has early dementia but is very independent About the care needs: 1. speak English 2. has a driving license- is able to drive and read signs 3. is on time; needed 1. 5 - 2 hours 2-3x per week 4. can navigate thru Ocala to get to Doctor appointments Services needed include: transportation.
