Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I am looking for a mothers helper on weekday mornings for my 3 (almost 4) year old little girl. Responsibilities would be just to help her with breakfast and get ready for school and get her school bag packed, while I take my boys to school. She is often times still sleeping or just waking up when I need to leave to drop my boys off and my husband leaves for work early.
