Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a stand-in Grandmother figure to love and disciple my children while helping to teach ME how to run a peace-filled home. I do not need a babysitter, I need wisdom and training. My children need to learn how to love each other well and consider the family economy, taking responsibility for making contributions as age-appropriate. We have 4 kids, ages 1-10, we homeschool (2 are schools-aged), I am home all day, and need help meal planning/prepping and learning how to run my home more efficiently. A woman with experience raising children would be preferred.
