Production Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting the North Tonawanda Corrugated Packaging facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to learn quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: North Tonawanda, NY

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 2nd Shift 3p-11p, 3rd Shift 11p-7a, 8 hours with potential for up to 4 hours OT

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Keep accurate tally of products and materials shipped
• Read a tape measure and complete required paperwork timely
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support safety protocols and promote a safety-conscious work environment

What's Needed?

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Excellent attendance record and solid work history with good tenure
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Availability to work any shift, including potential overtime
