Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and storage solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pawling, NY

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Process orders by moving, arranging, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes
• Manually lift and carry boxes weighing from 10 to over 100 lbs, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to transport items within the warehouse
• Read labels and utilize proprietary computer systems to track and locate inventory
• Operate handheld scanners and assist with loading and unloading trucks

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending
• Capability to lift and move heavy boxes regularly without assistance
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and climbing ladders when necessary
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule Monday through Friday
