Aluminum TIG Welder - Depew, NY

Immediate Opening | Temp-to-Hire | $19-$21/Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Depew, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing team.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available and may be required based on production demands

Pay

• $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Weld aluminum components to specifications
• Cut, grind, and finish aluminum materials
• Inspect completed welds and products for quality
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience
• Aluminum welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
