Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance and repair
• Diagnose mechanical concerns and identify needed repairs
• Assist with electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance and repair needs
• Complete assigned repair work efficiently and accurately
• Communicate inspection and repair findings with Service Advisors
• Follow dealership repair and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• B-Level automotive repair capabilities
• Hands-on automotive technician experience
• Ability to perform maintenance and general automotive repairs independently
• Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Own set of technician tools
• Attention to detail and repair quality
• Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes

Domestic vehicle experience, Ford experience, dealership experience, ASE certifications, and DVI experience are preferred but not required. Technicians with independent repair shop backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
