Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization laboratory equipment, ensuring proper function and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide technical assistance during procedures, including angioplasty and left heart catheterization.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to perform cardiac mapping and stent placements accurately.
- Follow protocols for infection control and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
- Document procedures and patient data in the EPIC charting system.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting and documentation.
- Strong understanding of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment.
- Experience with interventional radiology and electrophysiology labs preferred.
- Compact or NC license must be in hand at the time of submission.
