PSYCLE ON WELLNESS LLC is recruiting both full-time and part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join their growing team in Parkville, MD. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group supportive counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Collaborate with staff to complete assessments, intakes, and discuss medical needs
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Active Maryland license in behavioral health (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LGPC, LGSW, or equivalent)
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to cultural competency and client-centered care
