Job Description
We are hiring part time BCBAs for the Voorhees area who can work in both center-based and in-home settings.
- Direct Supervision Hours:
- Afternoons/Evenings
- Monday-Friday: 3pm/4pm Start time & 7/7:30pm End time
- Opportunity for additional hours on some Saturdays 9am-3pm
- Treatment Planning hours are done when not actively in session.
- This involves developing behavior plans, creating and adding programs/goals, etc. for the case.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:
- BCBA License/Certification
- Completed Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances/fingerprinting
- Have access to a working cell phone, tablet, and/or laptop for data collection
- Ability to take on more than 2 cases/clients
- Possess a driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance for driving to clients.
- Preferred:
- Be able to supervise student BCBAs to assist with their supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written.
- Ability to conduct peer reviews with insurance when necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behaviorally-based skills assessment and the implementation and monitoring of measurable goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of Behavior PlansIncludes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.
- Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
- Identify training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
- Conduct team screening evaluations and intake assessments.
- Provide supervision and training for ABA therapists
- Provide parent training to families
