Order Entry & Customer Support Specialist
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: Acworth, GA 30101
Experience: 2+ years in Customer Service Representative with experience in QuickBooks.

Order Entry & Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
- Order entry.
- Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
- Light follow up on customer payment status.
- Creating documents.
- Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS Excel, and MS Word on a daily basis.
Order Entry & Customer Support Specialist Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work within a small team.
Order Entry & Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
