Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the order process and serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, shipping, and internal operations. This role is responsible for processing orders accurately, resolving customer issues, maintaining account information, and ensuring orders are properly documented, shipped, and billed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders while monitoring order status.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, pricing issues, and order discrepancies.
• Provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Support the regional sales team with customer and order-related needs.
• Ensure accurate order documentation and assist with order-to-bill activities.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, data entry, and business systems.
• Positive, proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution.
