Registered Nurse- Multiple Specialties

AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., a Joint Commission Certified supplemental healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced to support facilities throughout Northern California. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple specialties, including Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Critical Care, and Emergency departments. The nurse will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care tailored to diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and administer medications safely
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient condition changes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical interventions
• Perform specialty procedures relevant to assigned departments
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards
• Work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts
• Engage in cross-specialty training to broaden clinical expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Skilled in patient assessment and IV therapy
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
