Picker/Packer - 2 needed - CC

We are seeking Picker/Packers to efficiently assist with accurately getting orders out the door to customers the first time. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Duties:

• Monitor and maintain storeroom inventory and stock levels
• Accurate and timely process customer orders for shipment
• Identify, document, and properly process domestic and international shipments
• Use computers and specialized software to process orders
• Occasionally operate a tow motor or forklift (training provided)
• Assist with using power tools to build crates
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Graduate or GED
• Experience working with special needs adults and students is desired, but not required
• Tow motor or forklift experience is preferred, but training is available
• Must have the ability and desire to learn and work in multiple departments as needs grow
• Must be computer literate using Microsoft Windows Office, UPS, and FedEx
• Must be able to perform at a high level with or without supervision
• A Positive and adaptive personality that fits with the culture of the company environment is needed
• Willing to make decisions independently
