Call Center Representative

Our client in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Direct Hire Call Center Representative.

Pay rate: $22-$24/HR (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate situations, determine appropriate solutions, and resolve escalated inquiries.
• Manage high-volume incoming contacts through digital messaging and phone channels.
• Balance competing priorities, organize daily task lists, and adapt swiftly to changing operational needs.
• Address high call volumes while helping clients diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Coordinate technician availability, manage dispatch logs, and route field appointments across regional and nationwide territories.

Requirements: 

• 2–3 years of proven background in a fast-paced client support environment managing heavy communication volume.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and data entry platforms
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and effective email drafting.
