Now Hiring: Shift Lead | $23.50-$24/Hour

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Shift Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Shift Lead Pay & Schedule

• $23.50-$24/hour
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Monday – Wednesday or Thursday – Saturday
• Optional 4-hour Sunday shifts available to reach your 40-hour workweek

Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees on the production line
• Keep production running efficiently and on schedule
• Monitor product quality and production standards
• Train and assist new employees
• Communicate production needs and concerns to supervisors
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with troubleshooting and production tasks as needed

Shift Lead Qualifications

• Previous leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
• Willingness to work a 12-hour schedule
