ROOFERS - Hiring roofers with roofing experience. If you can climb a ladder, run a nail gun, and survive tear-off day without filing an emotional grievance, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll do:

·       Installs, repairs, tear-offs

·       Heights, tools, weather mood swings

·       Keeping pace with a crew that works fast and jokes faster

You’ll need:

·       Actual roofing experience

·       Transportation that starts

·       At least 17 years between now and your first birthday

·       Work ethic stronger than your excuses

LABORERS - Hiring laborers who can haul shingles, survive tear-offs, and keep a jobsite cleaner than your truck cab.  Show up, work hard, don’t disappear mid-shift – that’s the whole vibe.

You’ll do:

·       Tear-offs, cleanup, loading

·       Carrying bundles without narrating your suffering

·       Basic tool use and jobsite support

You’ll need:

·       Reliable transportation

·       Ability to lift 50 – 80 lbs

·       A decent attitude and tolerance for jobsite roasting
