Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations within a 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative tasks, including inventory tracking, data entry, and shipment documentation.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or logistics experience, is comfortable working with numbers, and has working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Receive, count, sort, and organize incoming products.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Enter inventory quantities and shipment information accurately into warehouse systems.
- Update inventory records, reports, and shipping documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Verify product quantities and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts and routine inventory audits.
- Perform basic calculations related to inventory and order quantities.
- Maintain accurate and organized warehouse documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist supervisors with special projects and other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Data-entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
