Job Summary:

Wise Staffing Group is hiring an experienced Water Diesel Truck Operator / Yard Jockey. This position is responsible for safely cleaning and operating diesel yard trucks throughout the facility yard.

Responsibilities:

• Clean Diesel trucks and stage trucks afterwards.
• Operate a diesel yard truck to move and position trailers throughout the facility.
• Safely back trailers into designated loading and unloading areas.
• Perform yard checks and ensure trailers are properly positioned.
• Connect and disconnect trailers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a yard truck, diesel truck, hostler, or similar equipment preferred.
• Must be comfortable cleaning trucks outdoors
• Valid CDL
• Ability to safely maneuver trailers in a busy industrial yard.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work the 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM rotating schedule.
