We are seeking motivated, outgoing Call Center Representatives to join our team!

This is a primarily outbound calling position, with some inbound calls. You’ll contact customers about vacation packages and special travel offers, answer questions, explain packages, and help customers find the right vacation option.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Discuss vacation packages and promotions
• Handle some inbound calls
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements:

• Confident and professional phone skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Reliable and motivated
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus, but not required
