Plastic Molding--Process Tech

Position Summary: Setup and startup all injection molded jobs along with full documentation in a safe and timely manner which may include but not limited to setting up and starting up all scheduled production, new tooling, secondary and auxiliary equipment, and robots.

• Cleans molds as needed to meet all Bill of Material requirements.

• Understands all procedures and paperwork required in performing the job.

• Sets up all support and secondary equipment needed for the job.

• Complete starts up and troubleshoots all production machines, secondary and auxiliary equipment, and robotics within any given area of the production department.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Good attendance and performance work history.

• Motived self-starter that can productively work alone and in groups to solve problems.

• Must have proven mechanical ability.

Pay Rate: $26-$30/HR or SO depending on experience
Days/Hours: M – F 1st shift from 630am to 330pm
* Overtime offered most weeks
