Accounting Clerk

Looking for an Accounting Clerk  with 3+ years of experience, who can support the Accounting Manager by handling the day-to-day execution and administrative work of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email on past due balances once the Accounting Manager confirms collection is needed
• Accept and document customer payments by phone, payment portal and ACH
• Track payment commitments and follow up when they are not met
• Proof vendor invoices and supporting paperwork against purchase orders and receiving documents
• Enter approved vendor payments
• Maintain accounts payable files for multiple entities and route items requiring approval to the Accounting Manager
• Accurate and detail oriented with invoice matching and data entry
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
