A little about us and the role you are applying for:

The clinic team is made up of a receptionist, Nurse Practitioner and assistant.

Role consists of greeting and checking in patients, collecting payments, downloading sleep reports, dropping charges, answering phones and text message via our texting service, scheduling patients (follow up, results reviews, reschedule cancels and no-shows), confirming appointments.

Serve as back-up to the medical assistant when needed.

 

What we are looking for:

Full-time with ability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Great attitude

Willing to learn

Ability to carry on confident, professional conversations with patients

Cohesive team member who can also work autonomously

Some healthcare or administrative experience preferred

 

What we offer:

Single provider daily schedule

Base pay with ability to earn additional payouts by achieving designated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

We offer up to 3 weeks' vacation (eligible after first 90 days)

Example of Routine Duties

  • Enter and maintain patient records in electronic systems
  • Schedule patient consult appointments
  • Communicate confidently with patients to explain the importance of completing recommended care
  • Help overcome common patient hesitations (cost, scheduling concerns, uncertainty) through education and clear communication
  • Collect co-pays at visit
  • Perform insurance eligibility and benefit verification (training provided)
  • Document all outreach and activity according to SOPs
  • Coordinate with providers and internal teams to keep patients moving through care


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing scheduling, timing, and next steps with patients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
