Masterson Staffing, in partnership with a respected food production company in Lakeville, MN, is hiring sanitation workers to start immediately!

Whether you have previous sanitation experience or you’re looking to get your foot in the door with a company that values hard work and reliability — we want to meet you!

Available Shifts:

• Days: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Pay: $16.00/hour
• Nights: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Pay: $17.00/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a sanitation team member, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. You’ll:

• Clean production areas and equipment using tools like mops, vacuums, spray bottles, and more
• Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas neat
• Follow safety and food quality procedures (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
• Work closely with your team to get the job done right

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is a plus — but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are helpful but not necessary
