Bartender Server

The Bartender Server will work in a casual bar environment, managing drink preparation, customer service, and order taking during shifts typically lasting 6-8 hours. This role involves handling large crowds and events regularly and requires basic inventory stocking responsibilities. The candidate is expected to actively promote specials and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through teamwork and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and engage guests
• Take and process orders promptly
• Handle cash transactions and maintain register accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Manage basic bar inventory and restock supplies
• Promote specials and upsell menu items actively

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level bartending experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification
• Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Strong customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
