Concrete Worker

As a Concrete Worker, you will play an essential role in residential construction projects and other mixed project types, working primarily within small teams of 1-5 workers. Your expertise in pouring, finishing, and installing formwork will contribute to the successful completion of concrete structures. The role involves occasional travel between job sites and requires proficient use of standard hand tools while adhering strictly to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites for concrete work including site layout and material handling
• Install and construct formwork accurately according to project specifications
• Pour and finish concrete ensuring smooth, durable surfaces
• Operate standard hand tools safely and effectively
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Travel occasionally between multiple construction sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete work
• Proficient in formwork construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
