Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is a great opportunity to grow into additional management positions within our organization. Shift Managers are responsible for managing people, products, and equipment while ensuring every shift delivers outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value.

Our Shift Managers lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, dependability, a positive attitude, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for each shift
• Assist with labor planning and crew positioning
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Monitor food quality, including raw and completed products
• Maintain effective shift control
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Monitor travel paths and restaurant flow
• Communicate effectively with crew and management
• Assist with profit controls, including waste, labor, yields, and cash control
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Train crew members and provide coaching and corrections when needed
• Complete assigned responsibilities and operational tasks
