Chemical Operator

Core Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Moving materials, prepping them for machines, and ensuring proper storage (segregation, labeling).
• Quality Assurance: Inspecting incoming goods, taking samples, coordinating with Quality Control (QC) for testing, reviewing Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and managing non-conformities.
• Production Support: Staging materials for mixing, ensuring continuous flow to production lines (e.g., and preventing shortages).
• Supplier & Documentation: Liaising with suppliers, managing returns, generating audit-ready documentation (batch records, logs).

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Understanding of quality standards.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of specific material types (e.g., metals) can be a plus.
