Job Summary:
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who prefers working in a center/clinic-based environment rather than home-based services. The BCBA will manage a center-based caseload, provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on-site, and ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.

The ideal candidate is motivated by career growth opportunities, enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and values a healthy work-life balance, including a manageable expectation of 20 billable hours per week and built-in work-from-home (WFH) days for administrative responsibilities.

Candidates with experience implementing Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and play-based ABA interventions are highly preferred. Applicants must either hold an active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (GA LBA) license or be eligible to obtain one.

This is a multi-site hiring initiative across the Atlanta metropolitan area, allowing one search to support hiring for nearly all clinic locations. Watkinsville and Athens should be sourced separately due to their geographic location.

A single qualified BCBA candidate may be considered for multiple clinic locations, providing flexibility in placement based on candidate preference and business needs.
