Director of Nursing (DON) – Home Health

We’re looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee all clinical operations for the branch — ensuring quality care, compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all clinical operations, patient care, and case management activities
• Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to-day office, clinical, and field operations
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and state/federal regulations
• Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and support quality patient outcomes
• Lead branch performance with a focus on quality care, growth, documentation, and financial success
• Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture

What You Bring

• Active RN license in applicable state
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• At least 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
