• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am or 3:00pm-1:00am and Fridays if needed are 1:00pm-9:00pm (Shift hours can change due to work load);
• Long term temporary openings;
• Must be able to work OT when offered!

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and control the production machinery, ensuring they are operating in accordance with prints and order specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
• Utilize basic math and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and machining processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to safety standards.
• Employ lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience
• Lift 25lbs or more
• Read a tape measure and blueprints
• Have reliable transportation
• Have steel toe boots
• The ability to work your scheduled shift - attendance is crucial
