Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers with backup power solutions and a proven track record of success. The position is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Position starts with modest salary through training period, then 100% uncapped commission compensation.
- Sales commission based on closed sales with customer from provided leads.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, incoming leads and networking.
- Educate customers on the benefits of home power solutions.
- Conduct home site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.
Qualifications
- Motivated and enthusiastic for success in a fast-moving industry.
- Willingness to learn about generators, the industry and providing solutions to homeowners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and timeliness as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- 3+ years of previous experience in sales (optional - will train).
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
