We are seeking on behalf of our private client in Naples, Florida a highly experienced Full-Time Housekeeper to provide exceptional care and maintenance of two nearby private family residences. The homes are approximately 5,000 and 6,000 square feet and require a dedicated housekeeping professional who can provide consistent, high-quality care across both properties.

This is a wonderful year-round, permanent position offering long-term stability for a dedicated household professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-charge housekeeping across both residences, ensuring each home is consistently maintained with the highest level of care, attention to detail, and discretion. The two properties are located within a few blocks of one another, allowing for a seamless schedule between homes.

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Schedule divided between two residences:
• • Three days per week at a 5,000-square-foot residence
  • Two days per week at a 6,000-square-foot residence

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide full-charge housekeeping services for two private residences
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented homes
• Perform detailed cleaning of all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Care for fine furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and household surfaces appropriately
• Complete daily and weekly housekeeping routines
• Make beds and perform linen changes
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and proper care of clothing, linens, and household linens
• Maintain closets, laundry areas, and household organization systems
• Prepare and maintain guest areas as needed
• Monitor household supplies and communicate replenishment needs
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special household projects

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in high-end private residential housekeeping
Detail-oriented with exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization
Well presented in appearance
Comfortable independently managing housekeeping responsibilities
Proactive in identifying household needs and maintaining a high level of service
Professional and respectful within a private family environment
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and manage multiple flights of stairs
