Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Receive daily vendor shipments and enter receipts into the computer system
• Compare shipments against purchase orders and identify damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
• Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves
• Pull inventory and fill customer orders accurately
• Review open purchase orders and assist with expediting shipments
• Pick up shipments from local vendors and make local customer deliveries
• Provide backup support for shipping operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Package and label parts according to company specifications

Shipping Responsibilities

• Package loose products for shipment to customers
• Verify products and quantities against customer orders
• Assemble kits and units using provided instructions
• Update the computer system when assembled units are completed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely use a ladder
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to take direction from supervisors
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information into databases
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely drive a pickup truck
