What We're Looking For

Our ideal Service Technician has:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• HVAC technical school certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across a variety of HVAC equipment
• Experience helping customers make repair-versus-replacement decisions
• Basic sheet metal knowledge
• Understanding of air-balancing principles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to accept responsibility and grow into leadership opportunities
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Required tools

Universal EPA certification and 3+ years of experience are preferred.
