BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Innovations In Learning (IIL) is seeking a qualified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team!BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) applicants, may be considered. IIL opened one of the first ABA Clinics in NWI and we take pride with having a strong positive reputation in our community for providing exceptional services.

Our BCBA (ABA Supervising Therapists) work in our ABA Clinic designing, supervising, and implementing verbal behavior programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our ABA Supervising Therapists have a manageable caseload of 7 full-time clients. ABA Supervising Therapists are responsible for such activities as assessment, program development, data analysis, report writing, treatment plan and behavior support plan development, and supervision and training of a team of RBTs. At least 1-year experience providing verbal behavior therapy to individuals with Autism is preferred.
