Job Description

Job Description

Are you a motivated professional who loves helping others succeed? We are seeking an energetic Admissions Advisor to join our campus team. In this role, you will be the face of our trade school, guiding prospective students from their initial inquiry to their first day in the shop, lab, or classroom.

Unlike traditional 4-year universities, our students are looking for fast, practical pathways to new careers. Your job is to connect with these individuals, understand their career goals, and help them take the first step toward a brighter future.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Connect quickly with prospective students who have requested information about our trade programs via phone, text, and email.
  • Campus Tours & Consultations: Interview prospective students, conduct inspiring campus tours of our training facilities, and help them choose the right career path.
  • Enrollment Management: Guide students through the entire admissions lifecycle, including application completion, document collection, and setting up appointments with Financial Aid.
  • Hit Enrollment Goals: Meet weekly and monthly inquiry-to-enrollment targets in a highly compliant and ethical manner.
  • Database Management: Keep all student records, touchpoints, and application statuses strictly updated in our student database/CRM.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in trade school admissions, proprietary education, high-volume recruiting, or performance-driven customer service/inside sales.
  • Communication: High energy and an empathetic phone presence. You must love building rapport and telling success stories.
  • Drive: Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding metrics.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or Saturdays to accommodate prospective students' work schedules.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
