Our client, a local property management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to support their beautiful, high-end apartment community. This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity with strong earning potential and a rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Achieve occupancy goals during lease-up phase
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
• Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach
• Stable work history reflected on resume
• Ability to pass a background screening
