\nCompany DescriptionFurnace Belt Operator Job Summary:
- Pay: $23.69/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30PM - 7AM
Start up, operate, and shut down furnaces to heat treat parts according to customer specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules while maintaining acceptable quality and maximizing production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start up, operate, and shut down furnaces safely and efficiently.
- Heat treat customer parts according to specifications and production requirements.
- Monitor furnace operation and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Maintain production schedules while providing maximum production consistent with acceptable quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to identify customer parts.
- Ability to read and comprehend information gauges used in furnace operation.
- Ability to understand specifications and applicable information.
- Must be available to work 2nd shift.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to operate furnace equipment and monitor gauges throughout the shift.
