Part Time Receptionist

Our client is looking for a part-time receptionist for a law firm on the Northshore.

$20 an hour, Tuesday-Friday 10 am to 3 pm.

• Greeting and assisting visitors: Welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office, and providing information about the organization Indeed+1.
• Managing communications: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence Indeed+1.
• Scheduling and appointments: Booking meetings, updating calendars, and coordinating appointments for staff and clients Indeed+1.
• Administrative support: Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, proofreading, and data entry Indeed+1.
• Mail and deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, and managing outgoing mail interviewguy.com.
• Maintaining reception area: Keeping the front desk and waiting area tidy, organized, and presentable interviewguy.com.
• Office security: Monitoring visitor access, issuing passes, and following safety procedures interviewguy.com.
• Inventory and supplies: Ordering office supplies and keeping track of stock
