Job Details
We are seeking, on behalf of our returning agency client, an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to support their household with two school-age children. The family maintains residences in Malibu and Santa Monica and is seeking a long-term professional to assist with housekeeping, laundry, home organization, weekend home turnover, and occasional family support.

The position reports to the Estate Manager and primarily works in Malibu, with scheduled days at the Santa Monica residence as needed.

Schedule

• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Household support at the residence where the family is staying. Occasional evening schedule for date nights or entertaining.
• Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Malibu home turnover following weekend use or deep cleaning projects at the Santa Monica residence.
• Guaranteed scheduled hours, mileage reimbursement, and paid travel time between residences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain both homes to exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Complete detailed cleaning, laundry, linen care, ironing, and home organization.
• Reset the Malibu residence after weekend use, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, outdoor living areas, and household supplies.
• Prepare simple lunches and children's snacks as needed.
• Assist with light entertaining, grocery shopping, errands, and occasional childcare.
• Report maintenance concerns and communicate regularly with the Estate Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of private household housekeeping experience.
• Strong laundry, organization, and deep-cleaning skills.
• Comfortable working around children and providing occasional childcare assistance.
• Professional, dependable, discreet, and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation required.
