Sales Support Specialist

Opus Business Consulting is expanding and hiring motivated individuals for our Sales Support Specialist role. For over eight years, we’ve partnered with major telecom and technology companies, helping customers understand their services while developing our team into strong communicators and future leaders.

This position supports our sales team with customer interaction, account setup, and service education. We focus on office-wide goals, not individual quotas and there is no cold calling, no canvassing, and no retail sales.

What We Do

• Assist customers by answering questions and easing concerns about services
• Meet directly with customers using company-provided, pre-qualified leads
• Acquire new customer accounts through warm interactions
• Participate in in-office training to strengthen communication and customer experience
• Stay informed on service promotions, product updates, and plan changes

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability Monday–Friday (optional additional hours available)
