Entry Level Accounting Clerk (part time)

Over the past 40+ years, North Park Innovations includes the Marcraft and iConnect Training product lines, cloud services and industrial training units. The company is privately owned by husband and wife duo, Bill and Lori Northrup. Over the past 40+ years, the company has grown from Stride Tool’s line of specialty hand tools, to inventing the iManifold® and iManifold Pulse® (industry-leading technology to gather HVAC data for technicians and contractors) to a broad line of vocational training units including state-of-the-art Building Automation System (BAS) simulators with full curriculum.  The company is headquartered in Ellicottville, a ski town in the hills of western New York State about 45 miles south of Buffalo, NY.

We are looking for a part time entry level accounting specialist to assist with A/P, P.O. receipts as well as front desk and office duties. This job would be 3-4 hours/day (M-F) from 7am/8am - 11am/noon. Job skills would include basic accounting knowledge, great customer service skills, professionalism and the ability to multi task job needs when needed.
