1st Shift Manufacturing & Warehouse Associates

A Southern California manufacturer specializing in custom plumbing fixtures and components is hiring for multiple 1st Shift positions at its Huntington Beach facility. These opportunities support production, assembly, inventory, shipping, receiving, and finishing operations.

Available Positions

• Picker – $19.00/hr. — 2 openings
• Material Handler – $19.00/hr. — 2 openings
• Water Bearing – $19.00/hr.
• Shipment Receiver – $19.00/hr.
• Finisher – $19.50/hr.

Position Duties

Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include:

• Picking parts and products accurately according to production orders and pick tickets.
• Assembling plumbing fixtures and components, including spouts, valves, showerheads, and related products.
• Performing water pressure and flow testing on designated assemblies.
• Inspecting components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identifying and reporting quality issues, parts shortages, and production concerns.
• Using hand tools, push carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Moving materials, components, orders, and finished products between inventory, production, and staging areas.
• Packing products and preparing domestic, international, and freight shipments.
• Preparing shipping labels, documents, cartons, and other packaging materials.
• Receiving incoming products and verifying quantities and condition.
• Inspecting incoming freight and reporting any damage.
• Putting received materials and finished products into the appropriate inventory locations.
• Completing inventory transactions and assisting with cycle counts.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages.
• Using basic computer and ERP systems to scan tickets and record inventory or production activity.
• Preparing metal components through cleaning, sanding, polishing, or other finishing processes.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Following production procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, shipping, receiving, or production is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately read, count, and identify parts.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $19.00–$19.50 per hour, depending on assignment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift.

Location: Huntington Beach, CA.

Full-time opportunities are available across multiple departments. Assignment and responsibilities will depend on the position.
