Water Damage Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, assessing property damage (water, fire, mold), and executing professional restoration services to bring properties back to their pre-loss condition. This role requires compassion, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls immediately, performing initial damage assessments and securing the job site.

• Execute mitigation and remediation services, including water extraction, structural drying, demolition, contents manipulation, and mold/fire damage cleanup.

• Set up and monitor specialized drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers) and document readings accurately.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the restoration process, timelines, and necessary steps to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Industry certifications (e.g., IICRC WRT, ASD.AMRT, FSRT) are highly preferred.

• Minimum of one (1-3) years of experience in property damage restoration, construction, or a related field.

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces, varied temperatures, and hazardous environments while wearing personal protective equipment.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as travel to various job sites is required.
