Production Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Packaging and Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. These are temp to hire positions: 1st and 2nd shifts available

1st Shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday (Starting Pay $17.50/hour)

2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 12:30am, Monday through Thursday (Starting Pay $17.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential)

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment according to training and specifications
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Handle and move products safely
• Open and prepare items for processing
• Label and organize products correctly
• Move finished items to cold storage
• Help make packaging materials and assemble molds
• Stack and load products onto pallets for shipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable doing physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, reaching)
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must follow all company GMPs and work consistent with food safety, quality and sanitation requirements

Additional Information:

• Must be ok with climbing stairs to breakroom and bathroom on 2nd level of building
