We've been in business since 1966 and are privately owned. We are seeking a retail Showroom Sales/Design Consultant to become an integral part of our flooring professionals team in Mayfield Heights, OH! You will be responsible for selling products and services in an upscale retail setting in order to drive company revenue. If you have an eye for interior design and enjoy helping customers, then we'd love to speak with you.

We are a family owned buisness looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Flooring Specialist who embodies our core values:

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients in the showroom to help them select the best flooring options for their home or office.
• Guide customers through the selection and sales process with a low-pressure, relationship-based approach.
• Provide expert advice on flooring materials, styles, and installation options.
• Ensure customers have a smooth, positive experience from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or flooring industry.
• Experience using a CRM, Outlook, RFMS and/or other digital tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
