Job Title: Inventory Tech I

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Waltham, MA

Duration: 6 months Contract
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
 

Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Receive, organize, and place parts in correct locations.
• Pick and consolidate orders accurately for shipment.
• Process domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Use ERP and shipping systems for inventory and shipment processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting customer and operational needs.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years material handling experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and database entry.
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping raw materials and finished goods.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or DHL Easy Ship.
• Familiarity with Air Waybills, SEDs, and SLIs.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs ACE system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years shipping experience preferred.
• 2–4 years manufacturing material handling experience.
