HVAC Installer & Service Tech

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, setting up, and maintaining residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Working primarily within small teams of 2-5 people, the role emphasizes technical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and direct customer interaction to ensure system efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties
• Support ongoing maintenance and perform technical troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Interact with customers to explain system operation and address concerns
• Document installation processes and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• High school diploma or equivalent
