Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Lead Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler, preferred.
6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Authorization to work in the United States

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $500, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
